I bought two of those Novas a few weeks ago and they are clean and simple, have the same chip as the Aegis Legend, and they come with the Cerberus tank which to me is worth 10 or 12 bucks alone, so, almost free. It was one of my smarter purchases.
Basically an Aegis legend without all the body armor.
