I’ve recently switched from DTL to MTL, and I’m looking for good quality premixed 50/50 base. I used to buy litres of VG from places like Essential Depot (US), Lucemill (UK), and Sobucky (PL), but I’d like to explore other suppliers now.
Above all, I’m after quality. Pure, light vape and, ideally, bottles sealed with aluminium foil, or a tamper evident cap at the very least, rather than a simple child-resistant one (which makes my imagination run wild, lol). All of the above VGs come sealed, btw.
At the moment I’ve listed a few brands: Make My Vape, Vape Club, and Vapable.
The thing is, though, I could research all I want, but the proof of the pudding is always in the eating, hence my question to you. Please only suggest brands you tested yourself out of the above or any others. Thank you.
Oh, UK only, please. Thx.
I’d also like to hear from you, if you have tested the base from Creme de Vape. They don’t do premixed as far as I can see, but judging by their Trust Pilot reviews, they’re very good overall.
I would never suggest buying a premix of any kind. It makes using the calculator a nightmare if you’re a stickler on vaping a 50/50 mix. With the addition of concentrates it raises the PG ratio so you’d need to add more VG anyway to get back to 50/50.
A very good point, thanks, but not really a problem in my case. I’ve got some 100% VG nic shots, and I intend to use Medicine Flower concentrates, so that combo should keep the ratios close to 50/50.
If you’re in the UK, and have a good go to brand for PG/VG, I’d welcome the suggestion. Thx
Doesn’t Nom Nomz carry base?
I also want to second what @big_vape suggested, to not use premixed. If possible buy separately. Check Nom Nomz.
Thanks, but unless your reasons for suggesting not to use premixed base are different than big_vape’s, I have already explained why it wouldn’t be a problem in my case. I have specifically asked for tested brand suggestions, and you’re asking me if Nom Nomz carry base. I give up, lol. Is this a forum for seasoned vapers or what?
Don’t give up… people are just giving you suggestions. I didn’t see your comment because I wasn’t directly tagged, I was just making a suggestion. I’m sorry if I offended you.
Hey @Jo_76, I’m not in the UK so I can’t directly answer your question.
But I can say that I do mix my own premix (30/70 just for single flavor testing).
I’m not up to date on the supplies available in the UK, but if quality VG and PG is available and you have a scale it would probably be easier to just mix your own 50/50 base with known ingredients, that way you know exactly whats in it
