Dr. Sabine Hazan has got to be one of the coolest doctors around. I just heard about her and there’s so much to post about the work she’s done and is doing. I hope to add more to this thread as I learn more. I’m posting this not only for my friends who suffer from gut related issues but for myself with my own health issues because this topic covers them all, from Covid 19 to cancer. Below is her website but there are many interviews and other forms of information about this topic and her and her colleagues’ work. I have a feeling there are going to be big breakthroughs with this research and medicine. Some of you may be familiar with America’s Frontline Doctors, especially during Covid. Dr. Hazan is one of the members and proved the conventional thinkers wrong about their mocking of Ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine and vitamin C, D3 and Zinc in the treatment of Covid. Ivermectin even shows to increase the good bacteria in our gut.
Interesting reading…
Having gone through a number of hospital visits due to infections / inflammation of my bowels, along with problems with my heart and having various tests, including one for bowel cancer in the first 4 months of the year I finally settled on a full life change, no more alcohol, no more bad food, sugary drinks etc
I went with a high protein (150-200g), low carb(200-250g) diet on a slight calorie deficit (1500-1800Kcal), drinking 3-4 litres of water a day, my only other fluid was coffee and orange juice for about 3 months, joined the gym and lost around 7lbs now I have a very happy microbiome.
I have tried eating fast food and found in small amounts it’s ok but too much of the bad stuff and I suffer terribly.
Breakfast consists of:
- Protein shake
- Banana - 150-200g with skin
- Protein shake after gym and another banana
Lunch consists of:
- TIn of tuna 100g
- 90g of sweet salad
- 120g pasta
- Salad cream
Dinner consists of:
- Oven cooked chicken breast 150-250g
- 120g pasta
- 90g of sweet salad
- Any dressing
Obviously this won’t work for everyone but gives you an idea…
Wow, Grubby, congratulations on the important changes you made. It’s not easy. And I’m so happy you did because I worry about people I know suffering like that with serious disease. I have a family member suffering from various GI issues and is still smoking and drinking and I worry about her. Hopefully, she can take the measures you did.
