Are you sure? Google search has said temporarily closed for a long time now but I think it’s referring to the B&M store in Michigan. The website is up and functioning.

True but shipping from the website is from the B&M store. Many people who have ordered from the website have never received their orders. Last time I was in Detroit I ordered on the website and picked up in store.

no idea. They don’t answer the phone or respond to email. So I really hope they didn’t close for good as they were the place to get some good stuff.

I hear you. The last conversation about DIYVS had mixed responses. Lynda said she had no issues and they picked up the phone. Others had an experience like you and I. My last order arrived but they sent the wrong Whiskey. Could never get through to them.

They’ve actually reached out to me via phone And I’ve also called them, but now nobody is answering emails or calls. I heard one of the main employees quit…

“Specifically they contacted ELR to get links to their website from the “Buy here”-section on the flavor detail pages. The links were created but they either stopped compensating ELR for this service, or never did.”
Please avoid purchasing form them if possible - They are not interested in supporting the DIY-community.

Thanks for clarifying. It was such a good place to get niche flavors that were harder to get. That’s a shame they pulled that.
