I’m thinking about the possibility of marketing some of my mixes. Has anyone ever done that, and is it even legal?
Actually, I have found a way, or I should say Higgy Cigs has found a way and they mix my recipes legally for me. It’s using Nixamide which is not nicotine 100mg Nixamide™ you can read more about it here.
Its not exactly legal but so many still sell juice on the down low. You can also just do one shots which is more of a grey area
Be prepared for high startup costs…the facility you are making the liquid in has to be up to regulations.
@RexRabbit there are legal ways, and “other” ways. You can design, market and sell “One-Shots” i.e. flavors only, and let the reseller handle mixing it, adding NIC, etc., and you are paid without the hassle, and legality issues, and you can experience recurring revenue. You can sell your recipe(s) outright, but there is no recurring revenue, so you have to price it right with that in mind, and most times, you MAY loose ownership OF that recipe, but not always. I’ve done both of the above, and they work fine. I’ve known people who sold to shops off of the percentage or Lay-Away method, but you have to trust them to pay you for the agreed upon percentage, AND that they are truthful ON the sales. Not a fan of that method.
The “other” ways are outside the scope of a public forum.
Thanks for your thoughts.
lots of guys doing it in facebook groups, discord, reddit dm’s, everywhere. All these idiots in power have done is created a huge black market.
