Rumors of his imminent certain demise have been premature for around 50 years now. Actually, even when factoring in a likely tad of makeup applied prior to the shot, the overall appearance of his skin (IMO) appears to reflect what may well possibly be reasonably good overall health in this photo (late 2017, or early 2018):
