yes it is illegal but sometimes it gets through the customs and sometimes not i hear if you wrote food flavors it would pass but there is always a risk

Iām asking nicotine strength in milligrams (mg) per milliliter (ml). I.e. <x>mg/ml
To me 50% strength means nothing at all because its 50% of something? I have no idea what that something is.
