I can speak to all that much experience using cereal 27 because I mixed up my first mixes this last weekend.
That being said I would drop AP down to 0.25 or remove all together. This something you would add at the last test recipe to increase the grain.
I also thing you are over creamed here trying to boost mallow and milk. If you are tied to these cream and want to mix with all of these I would drop fresh cream to 0.5% and remove malted milk or drop that to 0.25%.
You also might try the test batches in smaller bottles. It looks like you have 120ml of liquid you’re not quite happy with. 20-30ml should save you some product. Go big once you love it. Steep this one another month, though, it could turn out amazing with a longer steep, whatever steep you’ve already done aside.
