Help? Turning this into a stone for other recipes

If you have the time or inclination could you help me turn this into a stone? I’m really not confident on the percentages.

TOC’S Cereal Base
0.25% Acetyl Pyrazine 5%
1% Butter Cream (CAP)
0.5% Cereal (HC)
0.25% Coconut (FA)
2% Cream Fresh (FA)
1% Meringue (FA)
1.5% Sucralose
1% Vienna Cream (FA)

Flavor total: 7.51%

If you put it all into the ELR Calc, there is an option to 'Make Flavor Base’
under that Blue Wrench. It will tell you what you need to know.
