I’m going to receive a lot of classic NETs concentrates from Blendfeel, and I notice they recommend diluting them in bases that contain water.
They specify :
“We recommend bases containing water, classically with a VG / PG / H20 40/50/10 ratio […].
Remember that the presence of water in the mixtures not only favors the solubility of the product but significantly improves the quality of the steam emitted by the vape system.”
My problem is that I don’t know how to reproduce their instructions for a ratio of “VG/PG/H20 40/50/10” in the online tool “New recipe :: e-Liquid Calculator”, as we can’t enter vales like 50/40 VG/PG ratio.
Do you know what values I should put into the tool to match the ratio recommended by Blendfeel? Should I put in 50/50 and 10% water?
@Plum21 I don’t typically mix with water, but I see your issue. The ELR calculator doesn’t want to add the water (or allow it) as part of the base, but is loaded as an addition TO the base. 50/50/10 would be close.
I’ll have to see if there’s another work around.
One obvious solution would be to mix up a batch of PG with water, that way you get all 3, VG, PG, and water, despite the calculator. I don’t know what size you are mixing though …
Hey @Plum21, you can add 10% water when you create a recipe, the final ratio will show 60/40 but don’t worry about that…
I would go with 50/50 pg vg myself because it will take a little vg + pg out to make room for the water
