I have had a response to one of my recipes and I cant find a way of linking back to the user. any ideas greatly appreciated. thanks
Mr Cessna
Try this:
That didnt work…
Are you wanting to put a link back to a user’s page in the comments on your recipe? Or get to the user’s page? Or add a link in a comment? I’m sorry, I’m not quite sure what you are asking.
I’m wanting for other users to click on her page through hyperlinking just her name. I hope that makes sense. sorry if this is a common question, i just wanted to link to her so she knows i have replied as well. I hope u can help. Mr Cessna
I guess add a link in my comment to her. I should have made that clearer. Cheers, Mr Cessna
Ok, I’m thinking you want to do something like a mention? Like we can do @JoJo and it will tell us that someone replied to us? I don’t think you can do that.
You can paste a hyperlink into a comment and it will be a valid link. Also, people’s names in the comments are links to their pages. If you comment on a recipe she also commented on and she has notifications turned on, she will get an email that said you commented on that recipe.
Hope that helps. Let me know if that isn’t what you had in mind.
Thanks so much, i didn’t realise that if her name was used it would show up as a hyperlink to all on e-liquid recipes. thats great! thanks again.
I can’t seem to see the link. can you see the link to fluffy0623 on this page in my comment?:http://e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/548764/saved. with thanks

Just mixed this. As an S&V it…
The “fluffy0623” is a link to her page.
There’s no way to directly contact users on the main ELR page at this time and I’m not sure if that is a feature that is planned for the future or not. You could add it to the suggestion forum.
sorry I meant the fluffy0623 on my comment below hers…
Yeah, you can’t do that in the comments. You’d just have to paste in the link to her page. There’s no way to make her name a link.
ok no problem, that’s fine , i will type the full url. once again thanks so much for your help, I just wanted to make sure she read the comment.
No problem! Yeah, unfortunately there’s not a way to do that there like there is here. Maybe someday.
