What battery do you have in the mech?

Samsung 25R

What ohm would you like to be at ?

I’m not really familiar with what ohm I like. I know I like a warm vapor with nice flavor

Here are some links to info on ohm law with mech’s as you mentioned you are a new vaper

Samsung 25r has got a 20A CDR, and 4.2/20 = 0.21; so you need a build above 0.21 ohms

I’d say try a 6wrap dual coil at .25 but I’m sure rob will come back with a better answer

26g SS 316L wire ( 7 Full wraps on a 3mm bit will give you a .5 ohm coil )

http://www.steam-engine.org/coil.asp?mat=ss316l&r=0.5&awg=26&id=3

This is for a single coil ( IF ) you use 2 coils it will be cut in half so instead of .5 ohm it will be .25 ohm

How is it going ? are you using a RDA or a RTA ?

@Darkspartan239 I would recommend getting one of these

It’s going well. I did dual coil with 6 wraps at 0.3. So far its producing good flavor. Right now I am using an RDA, but I would like to get an RTA at some point because its more practical. I spoke to a guy at a local vape shop and he said for this box I probably shouldn’t get an RTA because its not regulated. What do you guy think?

You can run a RTA on a Mech Mod you just have to keep your ohm’s at a safe level
