Help with helping making a monk fruit and erythritol sweetner. My friends are diabetic and don’t like steevia.

I use to make a 80/20 ratio of Erythritol and LS Pyure ( Stevia ) it works well …The Erythritol tones down the bitter taste Stevia can put off and Stevia sweetens the Erythritol . Together they work great…

Never worked with Monk Fruit but your friends won’t know
