My menthol is always mixed with mint I am no expert at all!
I use my menthol at about .3% Cool Mint at 4% and add Peppermint at .7% It gives you that cool swish of a good menthol without all the “menthol wack you in the head menthol”.
This concoction can also work with creams, fruits and not get weird
