I have these flavor apprentice flavors:
Key lime 4oz
Sweetener 15 ml
Apple 4oz
Green apple 4oz
Blackberry 15 ml
Strawberry 4oz
what’s a good recipe that I could make with some of these flavors?
Here are some combos I’ve tried:
10% strawberry 5% key lime - key lime over takes the strawberry but it’s alright
6% blackberry 2% sweetener - I like it, but it has mixed feelings between me and my friends. some love it some hate it.
7.5% green apple and 7.5%apple - too light and not sweet enough , however it has a good taste
12% apple and 3% sweetener, really good but too still pretty light
10% Apple 5% green apple 5% key lime - the key lime throws it off a bit
All the flavors I tried most likely need steeping, when I tried them they had a day worth of steeping including breathing and shaking
I would suggest single flavors to start. This will give you an idea about their flavor notes and how it hits you personally.
Then after trying them out…maybe add a drop of sweetner. See if you like them better or not.
From there you should have an excellent idea if you can mix the flavors together.
Beyond that I agree with post above. If you enter your flavors into your “stash” the what can I make button will give you some recipies. There not all winners but you may fit an odd cominations for the flavors you have that works really good.
I know it’s been awhile, I’ve been unwell. Anyhoo, I think maybe 5% apple, 1.5% green apple, 1% key lime and some sweetener might work well. That said, I think the best “apple” flavor TPA has is definitely quince. It may be the best apple flavor there is IMHO. I prefer it to Fuji (FA) and maybe evend real flavors. It’s just my kind of apple flavor. The above will be a little candy-like.
