That kinda sounds like me. I’ll finish off a mad scientist experiment, then strip the label and put the bottle to soak. Later on, I’m halfway through that last tank and think: Damn, this is getting good… Wait, tf was that?

Yep, have done that before. Luckily I can usually work it out from the profile…

I’m in your club. Have done that a couple of times. Wasn’t bad when it tasted like dog poop, but when it was good I drove myself crazy trying to replicate it. So you are not alone !!

Yeah, I’m pretty good at doing that @ladycrooks. Not for SFT, but for recipe testers, hehe, yup.

I have a habit of putting different testers in the same bottle just to use them up and save space. On more than one occasion I’ve hit a nice one but wouldn’t have a clue how to replicate it.
I’ve tried putting stickers on at least stating what’s in the bottle but at what percentage will always be guess work.

I hate it when that happens @Gazza7.

I do the same with small quantities of “dregs”. Sometimes it ends up quite nice but not a hope in hell of replicating it…

I have done it a few times. I’ll have the silly idea of placing a bottle on the left corner of my desk and I’ll remember to label it in the morning. So, I now have a collection of 60ml bottles with only a faint idea of which version of a recipe they are.

Used to, or mark it in marker that wore off. Now I print my labels before I mix and after I finish mixing I put the label on. Thankfully there’s only a bit left. :innocent:

Lol, I finally got a label maker, actually just posted about it.
Do you know how or if there is a way to download a new font app to one of these makers? Otherwise I would like to know what good these font apps really are

@ladycrooks I can’t speak to yours, and understanding I print a LOT of labels, and via WIFI, the Brother app pulls from all my fonts loaded on whatever machine I print from. I buy “endless” tape rolls both regular and waterproof. It’s pricier than a handheld, but once you start using it, you’ll never go back.

Nothing finer than batch printing 100 labels from the pool !!!

Staples has it a lot cheaper than Amazon right now.

lol It is good IMO. Those cookies hold up well surprisingly. I’m not positive but I think that creamy vanilla is dappy too, the mix is unapologetically rich and thick with the premiums plus that vanilla. Please let me know how you like it! :sunglasses:

I will @Lynda_Marie, and I appreciate you taking the time to create and share it.

I bought the flavours just to mix this recipe and I’m looking forward to trying it, I just need the spare time to actually mix it. Thank you for sharing your recipes with us.
