The problem is the Feds are guilty of not approving or denying the application’s from years ago. If I remember correctly there are only three companies with approval to distribute their products in the US.

That could totally be true @rcleven, I haven’t been able to keep up on the application processing. Slow rolling government ?? Yeah, we have that.

Neither can the FDA. They have three months to approve or deny applications.

Back before I started mixing my own 15 years ago, it used to be rumored that China was spraying its tobacco fields with harmful pesticides. Probably nothing has changed on that.
