it will be sooner than later
I have to say, I was thinking along the same lines. I have only one flavor that’s different from your base.
“Custard Month” is inevitable, I would suggest to start working on that base ahead of time and do some steeping… just keep the recipes private! ![]()
We are also open to suggestions for future “Base / Stone” assignments, comment below what you would like to see ![]()
Strawberry
Blueberry
Custard
Cream

Cookie for sure!
And we can’t forget a Ice Cream Base, the Swiss Army knife of dessert mixing — everyone has their own philosophy about what an “ideal” ice cream should be, and the debates alone could fuel an entire month of engagement…
Most of the suggestions are leaning toward Dessert and Bakery. We need some representation for other categories. When the weather gets warmer, I’d like to see Lemonade
and maybe Watermelon
. . . then there’s the ultimate curveball - Tobacco !
I like my stones short, ha. Don’t include me in the drawing.
Yes, our recipes are similar but that’s ok. It shows that its a really tasty combination. “Corn bread” and “yellow cake” work really well together and “simply cake” is one of my favourite cakes. I sometimes make another mix with the “yellow cake” instead of “Madeleine” depending on how prominent I want the cake layer. I think more people will show recipes now because they have had time to steep.
I’m not shy to say that I’ve admired many of your recipes. Seeing similarities gave me a glimmer of hope since I tend to second guess myself.
