I keep a hardcopy of my favorites in a notebook. Yup.

I keep track of mine in the label I make for each bottle.

Just started doing this myself with recipes I am working on.

Simular to @Alisa I print things on the label. I use “Juice Calculator” (windows program) to store my recipes and ingredients in, then use it to copy the info into the printer program.
