Kooper Mini 60w Temperature Control Mod

Guys, Gals, I brought the Koopor Mini 60w TC Mod into my shop this past weekend. Koopor is made by Smok and I’m finding it to be a excellent TC Mod. Here’s a review for your viewing pleasure…

I like this mod a lot and in the future there will be a (2) 18650 Version with higher wattage. This is a unit to keep your eyes on…

I plan on getting one this coming week for wife… I can’t wait to mess around with it…

I like this. Seeing I’m making a move to TC only I’m keeping my eyes open for these types of mods. As for single 18650 mods go I’m curious but have the eVic mini coming and hopefully will be pleasantly surprised.

SMOK has my attention too. After a couple weeks fiddling with the xCube II I truly love that mod. I can’t really complain at this point having learned it’s little quirks and understanding some of it’s tendencies. So that alone makes me think the Koopor may be an awesome box. But I’m a bit torn…this one or the xCube II mini? What to do.

Then you will be right at home with the Koopor. Same Chipset they’re saying…

I like mine! I got a white one on a whim, and it’s been performing quite nicely!

No better endorsement! So I ordered the Goblin Mini as well and did that before reading up on it. I figured I can’t really go wrong. And for the price I guess that’s true. But that damn bottom fill through a screw hole. When the hell are people going to stop making tanks that suck the juice and putting such stupid fill methods on them? Oh well, I’m the one who bought it so I guess I can’t be bitchin too hard.

Hey @ringling, I’'m looking to pick up another small/cheap mod to use at work along with my eleaf 100w. I’m only looking to spend upwards of $50 and I was just going to get another 100w because I think that is the best bang for my buck but I just came across the kooper mini for $30 and it grabbed my attention.
I’m at work right now and I do not have audio on my office PC, so I can’t watch the review. I’m curious to know the battery life, since it only uses 1 cell and I would be running it at 60w on wattage mode.
60w is typically the lowest I go and sometimes 50w, so I’m not sure if this is worth my $ when I can just get another eleaf. I am one of the lucky ones with my xcubes, so I’m familiar with the chipset/smok
Thanks!

I have both a koopor mini And an evic mini… I’m on the fence about the two but the evic has as and 75 Watts of power might cause me to think the evic is a better selection for you especially since you use the crown coils

Battery life, not great. I change batteries in the Koopor Mini 2 times in a day when using TC mode. Wattage mode, don’t know I never use it. Being you are gonna max it out most of the time I’m guessing no better than I get for battery life. Be aware that in temp mode the AIO appears to be only adjustable for nickel wire. Resistance is off a bit and you will have to play with that a little (TC Mode). The Koopor Mini is built well, looks nice, no upgrade (easy ones), External Charging only. I like the Koopor Mini but if I were putting out money as you for a unit and being you max out 60 watt units, I think I would go with the Evic VTC Mini Express Kit (Mod only). With upgrade you will have 75 watts and a temp control unit that will support all major wire types in TC mode. Small, powerful, compatible. I didn’t care for the Evic at first but it grew on me. If you want the big battery life, get another Eleaf…

I will look into those!! Are they less than $50 though? My target was only $30 because I’m not looking for anything special, just something small I can keep in my back pocket at work

EDIT: I mean Fourth…for the evic mini. I do 45-50 w and get a little less than a day on a single battery. It usually comes to about 10min (continuous use…as per the mini display). YMMV of course. It’s not a big deal for me to take along extra batteries. I had to carry a whole kit (ego battery, clearomizer, coils, juice) before I graduated to big girl toys.

@DarthVapor 35.65 for just the box at ecig.com Cloyce and I both got ours from them. No muss, no fuss. Pleasant experience and would order from them again.

EDIT again…of course, now that I say that, I see that they’re out of stock. Sorry. They should be around that price everywhere though.

Sounds good guys, thanks a lot! I will probably put my $ elsewhere or worst case grab another eleaf. TC isn’t something I really worry about at work, especially with the way I change tanks all the time. I’ll see what I can find with the evic

Cheers!

Grrrrr of course it’s out of stock! Haha I originally was going to get the eleaf and a few things from ecig but they are OOS on everything I look at :frowning:

Maybe the universe is telling me something…like HEY you spent enough $ in the past 24 hours already!!

Hehe…yeah ditto. No more spending for me for reals this time! I have so many flavors I’ve not used yet it is ridiculous, I have plenty of mods and batteries and tanks, I just got some more bottles. I’m saving pennies now for a DNA200, I guess. Apparently they’re pretty good. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Probably best. I really do not recommend buying a mod you plan on running at it’s maximum wattage continuously…
