Lemon Custard

Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone has a good lemon custard recipe?

I have tried and failed numerous times using vanilla custard finding that every time the vanilla overpowers the whole thing even at small percentages.

Im going for a real yellow custard with a hint of meringue and sweet lemon, i have tried what im going for once and i cant remember for the life of me who made the juice.

any help would be appreciated,

FA custard has a nice lemon note to it, i like it even as a single flavour.

If you take the Biscuit and Graham Cracker out of Darren Coles Dinner Lady Lemon Tart Remix you get a nice Lemon Custard.
