Hi i have got some real flavours sc lemon.

There isnt much on the notes and i am getting ready to make some testers.
I am aiming for a strong lemon with a bit of menthol.
Does anybody have experience with how high this can go before it gets weird.
Looking at notes im thinking 3, 5 and 7% testers.

I use RF (SC) concentrates very regularly. I am recommending you do your Flavor testing at 1%, 2% & 3%. Mainly because you will find 2% is pretty much where you are going to find the sweet spot

The only time I’ve used it is in this recipe to boost the lemonade.

Thanks for the info i will try 2 as well.
I am looking for a realy strong lemon so its a case of seing how far i can push it before weird stuff happens.
Also whats the steep like on this, how long and does it get stronger or weaker.

Lemon (SC) (RealFlavors) is good off the shake. It does loss some of the sharp Topnote, but doesn’t diminish in flavor with maturation. I like it, although I find myself gravitating to Lemon Sicily (FA). That’s just my opinion though and everyone’s palate differs.
