Liquid ban ?!

AS for the US. Flavoring is regulated at the federal level and not the state. They have no say over that. These are food flavors technically.

As for nicotine… That I have no clue about and would have to deflect to someone smarter :smiley:

Apparently not, but Hangsen is not discontinuing e-liquids, only flavours. It looks like in the EU they are going to target DIY. Maybe there is more money to be had taxing e-liquids?

Maybe kinda like here where some places marijuana possession is legal, but growing it is not? Uncle Sam is a greedy bastard.

The funny thing about that is, the state by state legality of it, is just that. Its still federally illegal, so the DEA has a field day in legal states on the bigger ops. I did hear legalization federally made it to the ballots this year, but I don’t see it happening for at least another decade, they will make sure its not passed until they have there plan made to regulate it on that scale for sure…
