Laws went into effect on vendors restricting the availability of nicotine for use in vaping. I don’t have any links just now but maybe someone can post one here.

Someone with that type and level of need, needs to be in direct contact with either a wholesaler or a manufacturer. Period.
You’re way beyond the scope of DIY here (which raises red flags on its own), and while there are a few industry types here, not once in five years+ have I ever seen a pure nicotine vendor speak up. Especially publicly.

@F6adeafc Pure? Are you sure? I wouldn’t even unscrew the cap off a bottle of pure nicotine (unless I was in a lab with my gear on).
