I start out at 1 to 4 drops per 10ml. It just depends on the recipe. I have a strawberry melon I just made that I put two drops per 10ml in and it was a tad much. So I added some vienna cream to it and it became pretty good. So 2 drops per 10ml was too much, but with cream it was just right.

As far as Scandinavian perversions go, I think sour liquorice is ok Hahaha

I got a large bag of citric acid powder at a little store in my hometown that sells a lot of bagged spices and such. I just diluted it with sterile water and some pg/vg. Message me and I’ll gladly send you some.
