I use the OBS engine and it is a great RTA but because it’s pretty airtight if you don’t leave the juice fill port open for a few seconds after filling you get a nasty air bubble in there.
I suspect something similar is happening here, also the space between the chimney and glass looks tight, I bet a 60PG/40VG liquid would have no issues
