Why erithrytol and super sweet?

I find that the erithrytol enhances the fruit flavors and also sweetnes the body of the juice without sitting on top. The super sweet is great to bring completeness to the sweetness of the juice if you like a sweeter juice (It is optional). I don’t like sickening sweet juices but I find that these two work great together in my opinion when there are fruit flavors involved. The percentage can be adjusted to tastes but I at least recommend 1% erithrytol if you are using fruit flavors.
