I personally only work with two marshmallows. FA as my first go to all around basic and toasted marshmallow tpa. There is something about the toasted part for some Recipies.
I can’t explain it we’ll but sometimes I look at in terms of I want sweet or light marshmallow I go for the FA. Like for mixing with Apple, kiwi, watermelon. Those are mostly light color fruity’mc’fruits.
When I’m going for darker fruits I find I reach for toasted. Like an orange’y bake recipie or strawberry bakery.
