Hi guys, I have question for you. How much ml of 0mg base I must mix with 20mg base for 10 ml of 12mg base? I just starting with it. And can you tell me how much I must add it in Percent’s.(sorry for my English)

The way you worded your question is somewhat confusing. Did you mean, you have 20mg strength NIC, and you want a 10ml bottle of 12mg final NIC strength ??
