I love the 2 custards @Flavorah has… give them both 3-5 days and you are golden… Vanilla custard is just like the custard my mom used to make on the stove, and the regular custard is more of a 5 star custard from a fancy down town restaurant here… they both have their uses and sometimes I like to combine them. It’s been so long since I had any caps v1 custard, just the smell of (caps) makes me sick.

It took some digging, but I found where I’d come across that 3 day thing. Jump to 4min 30sec on the vid. I have not tried this, but Fresh03 is a very experienced mixer.
