Attempted to make this recipe
But I’m missing the TWO APPLES ingredient so I just upped the Fuji apple to about 6.5% and added cap green apple at about 1.5%
Steeped 6 days, flavor very muted
I have cap double apple, Fuji apple and green apple.
Should I lower percentages to get something more flavorful?
Add a little lemon, (I like to use Juicy Lemon (cap)) like 1%. It really helps apples shine brighter. I have an apple you might like. You can sub anything for what you’ve got.
It could be that you’ve over-flavored it by all the Apples @ 9.5%. which might be a cause for the muting.
