My great experience with essentialdepot

Ok to start off with no I do not work for nor am I affiliated with www.essentialdepot.com, but wanted to share my story.

Last week i ordered a “glycube” from www.essentialdepot.com.
Upon inspecting the 4 gallons (3 VG/1 PG) i noticed something wrong with one of my gallons of VG.
Contacted their CS. In less than 12 hours (emailed them late night) had a rep call me. I was at work and my phone was in the car, so a voicemail was left.
The rep apologized for the inconvenience and told me they are going to reship my WHOLE order at no cost to me.
He also said he wanted to still talk to me but I work from before daylight to sunset M-F so I never had the chance to actually talk to him.
4 hours after the call from CS, I receive an email (2 actually 1 from ED and 1 from UPS) letting me know i have a shipment on the way. And yes it’s the whole order.
So I just wanted to share my GREAT experience using ED with everyone.
Haven’t gotten around to mixing with their PG/VG yet so I can’t comment on that yet.

Nice. Their stuff is top notch. I have been mixing with it for a couple months now and my juice is better than it was with the PG/VG I had before.

Yes, I am wondering what was wrong with it too as I just ordered the same thing from them and just got it in but haven’t really looked at it yet.

Yea i went straight away to look at mine that I got last Thursday.

OK, you made me just go check all my VG, which of course is fine. LOL

I just looked at all mine and it looks good. Just mixed up some recipes using the VG and it is great! Good to hear about their customer service.
