Ok to start off with no I do not work for nor am I affiliated with www.essentialdepot.com, but wanted to share my story.
Last week i ordered a “glycube” from www.essentialdepot.com.
Upon inspecting the 4 gallons (3 VG/1 PG) i noticed something wrong with one of my gallons of VG.
Contacted their CS. In less than 12 hours (emailed them late night) had a rep call me. I was at work and my phone was in the car, so a voicemail was left.
The rep apologized for the inconvenience and told me they are going to reship my WHOLE order at no cost to me.
He also said he wanted to still talk to me but I work from before daylight to sunset M-F so I never had the chance to actually talk to him.
4 hours after the call from CS, I receive an email (2 actually 1 from ED and 1 from UPS) letting me know i have a shipment on the way. And yes it’s the whole order.
So I just wanted to share my GREAT experience using ED with everyone.
Haven’t gotten around to mixing with their PG/VG yet so I can’t comment on that yet.
