I judge a small business not by what they do when everything goes right, but what they do when something goes wrong.
I bought some stuff that was defective from these guys a couple of times and in both cases they (after even kind of a long period of time) did the right thing and credited me in store, or replaced the item.
You cant put a value on that kind of customer service.
My first purchase though them, after a little of time passed I wanted to build coils. Well the nebox would not pick up the rba no matter what I tried. Thinking o great have to deal with customer service , well to my surprise they were pleasingly nice and quick. Had my product shipped to and a new one back free of charge and within a week. My vapestore did right by me.
