I use the SB Jam a lot, and unless the name is misleading, not sure if a “Toast” would make for a good sub or not @Rocky02852. Do you have it enroute ?
Yeah I use it a lot too, think it was a couple years back they first discontinued it and I pressured them to bring it back.
I asked them about the Strawberry Toast & Jam and was told: “Strawberry (Toast & Jam) Flavoring is a combination of Strawberry Ripe and Cereal (Honey Puffs)”
I further asked if it’s a sub for Strawberry Jam and was told: “Yes! Try a 1 oz or 2 oz first to make sure it works well with your creation. You can always purchase up!”
Should have it on Monday and will mix / test side by side
Thanks @Ken_O_Where for adding the correct spelling / name entry in the database
I added it to my stash but ran into an issue, every time I enter the flavor in a recipe it goes to the wrong one when I save the recipe:
I’ve had to delete my recipe so not to populate the incorrect entry which has zero recipes, but the correct flavor name has two recipes in the database. Strange that every time I save it adds a recipe to the incorrect name? Can the incorrect name be merged (hate using that term) with the Correct one?
Well that is interesting, i merged them then created a recipe with it and it somehow created the flavor again with “and” instead. The person who created the original flavor name incorrectly now has the corrected naming convention in their two recipes yet when i try to use it the system creates the flavor with and instead.
Yeah, now I’m wondering if the “&” punctuation mark is a problem as I think I remember a problem with (Mom & Pop) vs (Mom and Pop)
May have to just go with the way it is as long as the correct spelling is populating in the stash ??
But then again when I create a recipe it uses and populates the wrong one, so now I’m very confused
Thanks but I stocked up on the SB Jam, just curious to try them side by side…
Btw, I just checked my stash and (Mom & Pop) is now listed as (Mom and Pop) so it must be a problem with the “&”…
I’ll have to check that out…I have a Mac… so backwards, I really dislike it. If they have a mobile version that would be great! The only thing with the ads is when they pop up in the corner and I accidentally click it, the page gets refreshed and I loose my recipe (if I’m working on it new). Thanks tor the tip!
