There are better flavor companies out thereā¦ how about that one?? 
I donāt get the fade with lemon or with limeā¦ I learned to layer lemon with either lemonade to reinforce or with limeā¦ lime wedge is good tooā¦ but if you are too heavy with the limes, you will be able to tell.

Ah @anon84779643 ā youāre a goddess! Thanks for that āDadās Old Fashioned Rootbeerā recipe. Now I have an excuse to get another 2 flavors (Bourbon & Oatmeal Raisin). Whatever it takes, Iām up for it.
While Iām waiting for those 2 (and most probably some more) to get here Iām definitely gonna have a crack at the āsimplified versionā for sure. Tomorrowās a good a time as any to start on the solo testing and then the Citrus Soda, Ginger, Lemon & Lime tester shortly thereafter.

Maybe not the number one worst , but its up there for sureā¦ This is what its based off of info from woftamā¦ My first thought b4 buying it is that it was a yogurt smoothie base but to me itās like someone took crystal light lemonade and poured in sour milk ā¦i tested this flavor between 1 and 6pct

Will keep my smoothie base, but it is the only one I do use higher than most any Flavorah flavors.
I found I like it between 1% and 2% depending on what I am mixing it withā¦
When I go lower, smoothie base to me reminds me of a yogurtā¦ but it is much more complex starting at 1% ā¦ just my observations from playing around with itā¦

Hey @Dardy!! I am 12 days late to reply! I blame gaming, life, and a whole f*** ton of YouTube haha.
The Citrus soda is one of my favorite from the new flavors. I believe that it can be very versatile when used as a base. when youāre mixing it with ginger, I would definitely start the Citrus soda below 1%ā¦ but that also depends on how much you want this flavor to shine through for your end result . Just keep that nostalgic taste in mind, and set aside a lot of time, and you will get that amazing ginger beer that you so desire!

Not as talented as some which is self evident as Iāve been trying to nail this Ginger Beer thing for about 18 months off and on. Iāll get there one day hopefully. Thanks again. Cheersā¦

.6% Root beer
.8% Citrus Soda
.2% Ginger
.2% Lime
.12% Lime wedge
.8% Cream
For something a bit more stoutā¦ 
I could even see me adding some cherries in itā¦ (latest omg tasty bits!)

Not to thread cap, but with citrus soda blowing up and a lot more ādrinkā recipies this year than any other year by a mile if you want a supposed true gem that nobody knows about itās Nicotine Riverās Lemon Lime Soda ā How that will play with FLVās version, who knows, but that flavor I guess blows away WFās version which has the same name. NRās site doesnāt even have a review on it yet along with notes, but I thought Iād pass it along and Iāll do a single flavor test for you guys if interested in 2 weeks, or 2 months depending on how long it takes for NR to send me a package.

I just donāt shop on nic rivers siteā¦ a few personal reasonsā¦
but if you like the flavor, go for itā¦ that is what counts
Not that I have to give permission or anythingā¦ I just post up on what all I mix occasionallyā¦
Meantimeā¦ starch base really fills out the donuts flv has, and top it with either coffee or toffeeā¦ even maple barā¦ ding dingā¦ winner winner!

hey vaping fam! Back bar bitters is really stumping me. Iām having a hard time vaping it, all Iām tasting is a woody sweetness. Am I missing something? I donāt believe itās a bad flavor Iām just having a hard time picking it apart. Help! Has anyone pinned this one down yet?

For bar back bitters, what was your range? How low did you start and how high?
Itās a true bitter, with a hella lot of biteā¦
I left a recipe here in the threadā¦
along with a recipe I worked it withā¦ the after effect of the bitters will make your tounge remember it wellā¦ I do advise start at .12% (of course using the 50 drops per ml, makes it 1 drop per 10ml) and the highest at .4%ā¦
Taking it up too high, yes you get the woodsy almost orange effect.
If used with any sort of sour (amaretto especially) you will want to keep it low. (.12%) due to how acidic it will interact.

I used it at 1%, because when I smelled it I could tell that it was going to be super duper strong. I did the single flavor test, like I do with all of theseā¦ Thank you so much for your advice!
Iām going to have to mix up a lighter batch, so I can get the real taste. So, itās not supposed to be a woody flavor at all?
