My sister introduced me to peanut butter on pancakes and to this day, unless I’m eating them plain, that is what I put on them. It’s the only way my daughter will eat them. She does it with waffles, too. At least it’s a little protein in a starch and sugar heavy meal. LoL.
I almost have all those flavors! I’m gonna make this, but I’ll have to sub NY Cheesecake Cap and Maple Syrup TPA. I’ll let you know how it goes!
Love it! My wife hasn’t even tried it but for the last 20 years she’s always had a comment for me when I eat it. The same is true for mustard on a sausage biscuit, mayo in my pinto beans, molasses on pot roast and A1 steak sauce on my omelette.
Me…
Ketchup on pizza - I did that when I was in school. Lately if a pizza is kinda bland I may put some ranch on it. A restaurant where I used to live won a national championship for their take on a Hawaiian pizza. It has ranch dressing on it. And it is National Championship worthy. One of the best things I ever ate
Mayo in Pinto beans huh? I am going to have to try that one!
This isn’t a new recipe yet as I still have to make this. But this will be the start of my Panutty Bancakes recipe…
The wife will not eat anything with marinara sauce on it unless she can pour Ranch on it as well. I’ve gotten used to it, but it still makes me cringe internally.
I worked with a guy who loved Peanut Butter and mayo sandwiches. Just typing that is giving me the shakes.
Daddy always put either lathered Mayonnaise on bread, then the beans, or French Dressing
in his bowl of pinto beans. I LOVE Daddy’s creations to this day. lol
I have an odd one for ya… Didn’t even cross my mind to mention it earlier cause it’s been a normal breakfast item to me for so long…
“Everything Bagels”, toasted, then a heavy coating of cream cheese and a generous topping of garlic salt . Deeeelicious! The crunchy edges really shred the palette then the garlic and salt gets I there and burns like hell. A great “wake-up” breakfast, if that won’t wake ya up in the morning, you should prolly go lay back down cause you’re most likely dead… Good stuff!
I’m loving the looks and marking down a lot of these recipes. However, I just found the forums last week, and reading 700+ posts takes a long time! Thank you all for the ideas…now off to the next thread of interest
