I want to add ICE to a recipe that I have but not sure on where or what kind to get. can some one explain the differences are with koolata and ICE

Depending on where you buy it, ‘ICE’ is usually a combination of wintergreen, menthol, and spearmint. Koolada doesn’t give the ‘mint’, just the koolness.
