Hello! I just started vaping (i am a shisha user) and I was trying out different flavors 60ml at 6mg nicotine. All with 100%VG base and all from vape shops. But the thing is that EVERY flavor appart from a Bombo Strawberry lime ice I have tried (2-3 times) hits harsh on my throat even a steamtrain grape ice. I am using a Geekvape Aegis L200 with 0.4 ohm coils. Is it a flavor/nic/base thing? Because i cant seem to enjoy other flavors since they hit hard for some reason. Thanks in advance!

Oh and by the way I ordered 1L of Steampunk VG base 4 nic boosters Pink Mule Blue Label 100%VG and 3 Bombo flavors one of them being strawberry watermelon

By what I read, You need some PG, at a ratio of 30 PG/ 70 VG
The VG base produce cloud and PG carry the flavors.

The first i tried was a 50-50 PG/VG ratio and the hit was way harsher tbh. And thank you! Oh and the flavor concentrate is 15ml PG by itself so if you imagine 2 boosters of 50-50 and the base fully VG i think there is PG in there

when i first started vaping it seemed harsh and made me cough but it went away after a while
its kind of like inhaling hot steam and your body isn’t used to it im guessing but what is your nicotine level?

I have a few in questions for you before I can answer your question,s. What equipment are you using? How do you vape? Mouth to lung or Direct to lung? What flavor percentage are your recipes? How long are you steeping your recipes? A max VG recipe will take a little more steeping time.

Hey! Im vaping with a Geekvape Aegis L200 DTL, the flsvor concentrates i use are mostly 15ml for 60ml. I always tell the guy at the shop to fill it with VG base but i think the nik he uses is 50/50 and since im using 2 nic boosters it must be 15ml concentrate (PG) 20ml nic (50/50 10ml PG) and 25ml VG Base rough calculations For steeping time honestly im not patient enough and i give it a day, the flavors I use are from the Bombo brand I dont know if it makes a difference

Your VG/PG ratio looks like 41.67% VG 58.33% PG based on the information youve provided so far meaning your juice is coming out too thin which is why its…Edit… Meant harsh.

I just ordered a Litre of VG and 100%VG boosters so the 15ml out of the 60 in my next longfill are gonn be PG (the concentrate glycerin)

I’m not sure what you mean by that. PG is propylene glycol. VG is vegetable glycerin. Many vapers use max VG due to being sensitive to PG. PG will also produce a harsh throat hit. Are you sure you’re vaping max VG?
