Newbie here first time mixing anyone help please 🙏

First time mixing and I was hoping someone could help me with a recipe it’s not going to plan how I wanted it , I’m trying to do a banana & strawberry Laffy Taffy using these flavour and percentages,
Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated :pray:

Cotton Candy Jelly Bean (SC) (WF) 1.5%
Marshmallow (Candy) (SC) (WF) 1%
Shisha Banana inw 1.5%
Shisha Strawberry (INAWERA) 1.5%
Strawberry, ripe tpa 3%

Mixed this version and flavour seems to be all banana then lost flavours

Then tried this

Cotton Candy Jelly Bean (SC) (WF) 1.5%
Marshmallow (Candy) (SC) (WF) 1%
Shisha Banana inw 0.50%
Shisha Strawberry (INAWERA) 2.5%
Dragon fruit TFA 0.75%

Just mixed haven’t tried yet

Then I tried this one

Cotton Candy Jelly Bean (SC) (WF) 1.5%
Marshmallow (Candy) (SC) (WF) 1%
Shisha Banana (VTA) 2%
Shisha Strawberry (INAWERA) 1.5%
Strawberry, Ripe (TPA) 3%

flavours seem to be muted / muddled up

Then just mixed this one haven’t tried

Cotton Candy Jelly Bean (SC) (WF) 1.5%
Marshmallow (Candy) (SC) (WF) 1%
Shisha Banana (VTA) 1%
Shisha Strawberry (INAWERA) 2.5%
Dragon fruit 0.75%

Have let any of them seep? 2-4 weeks seep does wonders for flavor to bloom.

Also try without the “Dragon fruit” because it acts as an emulsifier/blender, so will make it taste muddled. I’ve tried the taffy base your using and it works really well the second recipe above looks promising but it’s a case of altering the strawberry and banana until you have it exactly to you taste.
And as @Letitia says let it steep.
