Newbie here 🤗

Hi guys! My names tyler!
When i say im brand spankin new i mean like i just discovered this site 30 minutes ago :joy:

I just switched from disposables to normal vaping because my brain will not let me rationalize payinh 25-30 for a thing to throw away every 2 weeks (havent actually vapes like this since the OG 2011 era)

So im here to learn Everything i can to make my own supply.
*main goal: how to make desserty & fruity (flavor bar salt / nic salt juice. I know bar salt is said to be more flavor like a disposable thats why i say bar salt. Pretty much a super flavorful juice that has as much flavor as disposable.

(fifty bars are my jamm: blue+strawberry donut / cookie butter / omg smoothie / ki berry chew) & fruity (grape / cherry / kiwi / strawberry ect. Grape blow pop was one of my fav geek bars cuz it was barley menthol- NO MENTHOL)

Also idk if this is allowed? With my job im so busy i barley have down time itd be a god send if i could buy already made ready to vape juice to start with while im learning.

Welcome to ELR, This is a great site with great people and you will learn alot. As far as i am aware nic salt recipe’s are the same as making regular recipes. Only difference is the nicotine. Flavor is carried better in pg so a 60/40 or a 70/30 mix or even max pg will give you the flavor. also commercial flavors usually have more sweetener to enhance flavors.

Welcome to the site Tyler. If you are looking for easy to make juices let me steer you towards One Shots. These are already blended flavor mixes (just the flavorings) where you still need to add your VG, PG and nicotine. One good USA site is Jungle Flavors they have a lot of really good quality fruity one shots to get you started.
That will get you started on DIYing your own juices, and you can try several different profiles (creams, tobaccos desert recipes) before jumping down the rabbit hole of creating your own recipes.

The first step would be to get an understanding of Propylene Glycol and vegetable Glycerine and nicotine which makes up ejuice (besides the flavoring). Then practice on an ejuice calculator like the one on the Eliquid Recipes website.

I personally use salt nicotine as well and I get my salt nicotine from Central Vapors because it’s the best quality/least harsh that I have found so far, and it’s 250mg/ml which is as strong as it gets. But it’s 100% vegetable Glycerine based so make sure to enter that in the ejuice calculator as most nicotine is Propylene Glycol based. But there are many places to buy nicotine such as Delosi Labs.

The basic thing to know is that vape juice is made up of 4 things: Propylene Glycol, vegetable Glycerine, nicotine, and flavoring.

Welcome @Ty_reid408 :hugs: I agree with the Flavor Jungle One Shots. It’s easy and a great way to dip your toes into DIY. You can throw it on the calculator to see how much PG/VG and nic you need to add to your chosen amount. Something like this:

This is for 30mls of juice. If you need help with the juice calculator just ask and anyone will be happy to help.
