This has been one of my favorites lately:

Shamelessly adapted from a recipe by Plunderdrum. This is great! I am a peppermint fiend and adjusted accordingly.

NF Kona is lovely and at 1% it is just right. I don’t think you can sub the peppermints as they are one of a kind. NF candy cane provides the sweet peppermint and is one of the best mint flavors out there. The second best imo is flavorah peppermint and provides that mint punch.
