So 1 PPD is about 20 or 30 mg potential nicotine
I sub ohm’ed 12mg eliquid and found it comparable to a cigarette puff (i cheated once)
but you need to know how much eliquid you vape in a day and you can convert over to what you were used to. You don’t want to overdose on nicotine.
I’ve set my nic to 10 and I vape about 6ml a day so im vaping the equivalent of 2 PAD! But its different in that if i had left the house without a pack of cigarettes I would go CRAZY, but if i forget my vape I can go an hour or so no problem.

I’ve gone from 6mg to 7mg lately, but only because I’ve use my salts base up and stopped combining the two.
Soon as I mix more I’ll go back to 6mg:18mg freebase:salts.
Do that tonight actually since it’ll take a few days to combine properly.
