VERY possible and I’m more than ready to give them HUGE props, IF they do the right thing. Crossing my fingers, cuz I really don’t want to change vendors.
Please be careful with this - As I mentioned: Nicotine is volatile! If you leave it in an open container, nicotine will be in the air. This is why they work with fume hoods and masks when handling strong nicotine…
I will probably be flamed for this, but here goes anyway. I always get my nic from MFS. I have NEVER had any issue with quality. The $50.00 per liter 100mg/ml in VG is a good deal. There isn’t much else I’ll buy from them. But they get my nic business. I have in the past bought VG and PG from them with good results as well.
If Heartland is having quality issues, it happens. I am sure they will make it right with folks.
That is were I have got my nic in the past never any problems not a one I will be ordering some Monday from MFV I am not happy with the nic from Heart land I have not even got in touch with Harland I am so kicking my self for not trying a small Bach first what was I thinking
Thank you for the up date
I really wish you would report your experience to Heartlandvapes, as this would solidify the rest of our claims.
Bummer! This is so disappointing. Please keep us updated. I hate to hear that our community favorite is having issues. I bought my bottle a while back, so I’m guessing it’s okay. I’ve got it in the freezer while I wait for my current supply (MFS) to run out. Here’s hoping my batch is okay.
I have not ever had this problem with MFS the BEST nic never any problems with there nic and 120 mil comes in a glass bottle never do nothing but store it at room temp just recently AC always in the dark and I live in Florida it has been known to get a little warm
(OK I started to write this the day I received my order right after adding this nic too 500 mil of juice I had that was steeped and readyu different flavors will the nic I received was clear as a bell but it is harsh pepper and I believe the percentage is off not sure but been vaping long enough to now if I am vaping 5% nic or 18 I should have made a test batch)
done I have all so done some other diging I heard about the pepper deal even asked before I ordered I was told that yes some say that there nic has (slight )pepper taste well I also learned pepper taste is very well linked to 99% or as some call it 9?? You never really now what you are getting Chinese nic and do not need to look very hard to find one liter of 998 nic for 50 dollars all ready known as cheap rat poison junk and is finding it way to the E juice DIY market at a very fast rate to many people trying to play lab chemistry no lab but even scary no real training school degree and very hard to find exactly what US nic is .Made and mixed here or just mixed starting to tic me off and do posable huge profits not hard to believe
I hope you’re not vaping 50mg/ml juice!
No, say it’s not so !!! I certainly hope this is a temporary glitch. I for one do not buy peppery nic and wouldn’t think twice about a vendor switch if this is a new norm for Heartland Vapes nic. Their price was good and the quality was good, this truly saddens me…
Me too I do not believe so every now and then I run across one of my old mixes can’t remember if it was my good ones or one i put away for later or just something that I forgot about from 8 month ago the old days 12 watts 18 nic and try it on the dripper . leaving an ever lasting impression in my mind why it is not good to do that I don’t think this mix of that far off the only difference the old mix being dark it is still good no pepper just too much nic for me today even back then I was still using 9 nic on a driper now 3
I hate to say it but the last order I bought from heartlands wasn’t clear slight yellow and was not the best quality that was over 2 months ago. This caused me to go back to Nude nicotine and Yes I am aware of their scare with the 100mg nic catastrophe…I chose to drop down to 48mg in lieu of there issues with 100%VG based nic and thus far am not sorry I did switch back. The price isn’t wonderful but the quality is there and that is what matters to me. Nic should be colorless and odorless for me to be happy and I can test the strength at home and which you should when you get a new bottle. I am sorry to hear this about heartland I was hoping I was just having bad luck sux to hear this is happening over and over.
UPDATE:
I wrote to Heartland about my ‘peppery’ Nic, like I expressed before and just received a reply. I beleive they are going to make this good. He reiterated that Heartland’s policy is no refunds/replacement, but he will replace my order anyhow. (probably because I’ve been a long time customer) They are to receive a new batch of Nic next week, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed the new batch is clear and odorless.
Will report as I see it.
i have not heard back from them yet i find that strange they told me they just got a large nic order in the day i placed my order on the 30 of last month i was on the phone with MFS ordered my nic early this afternoon i asked Chad if they could check the price on flavoring on 4 oz and up said he would look into it
Heartland has great nic and a very good rep for their products. I recommend them all the time. When I very first receive my nic I split it into dark colored mason jars (yes they do have amber AND purple ones), double wrap them individually in 2 freezer bags and store them in the bottom of the deep freeze. When I open a jar after using what I need I double wrap it with aluminum foil to keep light from it and store it in the back of the fridge. I’ve been using the same batch of nic for 6 months and have had no issues of changing colors, harshness, or peppery tasting juice. If stored properly in a freezer the life of nic is 3-5 YEARS and for the money we pay for it, its worth the extra effort to keep it fresh.
Vickie, I have been recommending Heartland Vapes nicotine for quite a long time and to date have not had problems personally. Bad news though, others are all of a sudden. Alisa who I trust whole heartedly says her new batch is peppery and I am waiting to hear what the outcome of her talking with Heartland. If this a the new norm from Heartland I will be shopping elsewhere. I’m hopeing it’s just a glitch since I do like the company…
I just recently bought 2 liters of 100mg nic from Heartland because of the great $45/liter deal they had…I totally didn’t need it and my current stash would have me not opening the Heartland supply for another 10-12 months…but, under recent reports, I have pulled one of the liters to thaw so I can check the quality…I should have a report by tomorrow…
Well never did hear from heartland so I guess It will just take some time to get the poor taste of this hole or deal has left in my mouth thanks everyone for there help I can not help but find it strange on the feedback for there nic a post no signs of pepper taste I left my thoughts well known in on the feedback I left
The liter I thawed out turned out OK…I poured about 10ml out of it and it smells fine…ill assume the other liter is good as well…hope it doesn’t bite me in the ass one day…
