I think in the USA you can get 100mg/ml nicotine.

In Europe that’ll be 20mg, but you might still find a few vendors selling old 72mg stock
I think you can get the 99.9% however that is dangerous.
@cremeanddessertvaper the strongest most mix with is 100mg nic to work with.

you need a license for that, regular consumers won’t be able to get that anywhere
