Nicotine percentages/flavour perentage for 12mg ejuice

Pineapple Vanilla ice cream.

I’ve been out of the loop for a long time. Would like to mix a juice at 12mg nic strength using 10ml bottle of 50/50 nic shot 18mg strength.

Is the maths right to this recipe ( nic amount) and flavour percentage right for a 50/50 ejuice?
