I learned today you are now carrying powdered nicotine ( Nicotine Bitartrate Dihydrate 34% & PurNic™ Nicotine Polacrilex 20%). Does anyone have any idea of the shelf life of these products and also their dilution instructions to reconstitute to say 100mg/ml?

I have initiated a replacement order for an entire 10 Pack of 60ml Bottles as well as the 10 Pack of 30ml Bottles that were not originally included. Please be careful with the broken glass shards when disposing!

Good morning! First of all, I wanted to wish everyone a Happy Holidays from River Supply Co. We sincerely thank you for your business and hope you and your family are healthy and safe during the holiday season.
I wanted to let everyone know that we will not be having a Christmas or NY sale this year. We are making some improvements in our warehouse and decided it was best to hold off so that we are in the best place possible to fill the large influx of orders that sales bring in. The current plan is to run a sale early in 2021 so please keep your eye out for communication from us regarding upcoming promotions.
Next week we will be closed 12/24-12/27 so that our entire team can have a little break to spend time with their families for Christmas. Please understand that orders will not be filled during this time and we will do our best upon returning to work on December 28th to meet our standard lead time of 1-3 business days for fulfilling and processing your orders.
We have also expanded our customer service team. Jessica our new agent, is working in the office answering the phones and emails so we are now able to reactivate our chat client through the website. Thanks for the reply and we haven’t set a date for our next sale but I believe we are hoping for sometime in January. As far as expanding on the flavor brands we carry, I would be happy to pass on any recommendations you might have to the person who makes those decisions if you would like to share that with me.

How does River Supply expect to be affected by the USPS associated e-cigarette regulations in the omnibus budget that passed?
At this point we don’t anticipate any disruptions to shipping if the bill passes. We ship very little nicotine via USPS and recently switched carriers from FedEx to UPS, which has been working out very well for us and our customers. As a company, River Supply is “by the book” so we will adhere to any new requirements for age verification and tax registration imposed by federal and state governments (as we have always done). I hope this eases your mind and please don’t ever hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns.
