If you have a wholesale account yes you can. If you 250mg is as high as you’re likely to find in the states. I prefer LNW salts but River Supply salts are good as well.

Hey @bradleyb5155 , unfortunately it is not possible to create 1000mg/ml Salts. The highest salt strength I have seen is 400mg/ml, just due to the chemicals that are mixed with the nicotine. Since the chemicals ultimately dilute the nicotine, creating something as high strength as 1000mg/ml has yet to exist. 
Also, generally suppliers will only offer up to 250mg/ml as anything higher in strength enters the next classification of hazmat which requires paperwork and is exponentially more expensive to ship.
