Nicotine with or without salt?

I’m a new diy’er here, and want to know what is better, nicotine with salt or not?

What level nic do you use…

I get 3% in my juices. Idk if my friend uses 48 or 100

@3% regular nic base is probably just fine

don’t quote me on this but from what I understand the benefit of nic salt is at higher levels the nicotine isn’t as harsh. If I’m saying that right…

I like the smooth nic salts. it defiantly tones down the harshness of my juices. I have had one guy say it gives him headaches, so it will likely just be something you have to test for yourself.

that is where i get mine. its a great company and the site is well put together. IMO.

i use 100mg/ml never at more than 6% and the diffrence is amazing. in my opinion it has seemed to allow the flavors more of a stage even though the nic is flavorless.

So your @ 6mg nicotine… might have to try Nic salt then last time I read about it . Can’t find the post now But it was suggested that lower level nic really wouldn’t see a benifit to nic salts… considering I’m @6 the vendor post kinda steered me away from nic salts…

Ok so no* real beneficial effect. Thanks guys. Also pg base nic is the way to go right?

I like pg nic since I mainly measure by volume…

But other who measure by weight seem to like vg nic.

I think the base is mainly preference… which do you prefer to work with

I’ve used both vg and pg nic and notice no real difference in the two, other than vg nic a pain in the butt with a syringe .

If you going for max vg . Mixes I’d probably go with vg nic…

It’s a preference thing. But the majority feel (myself included) that it’s easier to mix with nicotine in PG since it’s easier to shake, so that the risk of “hot-spots” (areas where concentrations of nicotine are higher than expected/desired) are minimized.

For me I can tell the difference. But as with most of this it’s all comes down to preference. It didn’t cost me much more if any. So I didn’t see a reason not to try it.
