When trying to place my 10th order I got the bad news that due to a lot of problems with the delivery they stopped shipping to Brazil.
Sad news, it was the only reliable and good site I know that sent to Brazil.

CHEFSFLAVOURS ships, has a large and impressive diversity of flavors and manufacturers options. I even registered.
But I didn’t order because it only works with 10 ml, which makes the cost / shipping unfeasible.
@anon84779643 NEWHOLERSALERS, despite not having Flavorah, works with 15 ml and a very reasonable cost. I have already placed a test order only.

You can buy 10-30-100ml Flavorah bottles (even bigger for some other brands) if you like. And international shipping from Chefs has always been very reasonable. Try and make a test order (you don’t have to pay and proceed at checkout) just to see how it works out. That being said, you can probably find the flavors cheaper in the states (if they ship to Brazil).

Nicotine river has a greater amount of flavors. But unfortunately it stopped sending to Brazil.
