The old fashioned way just worked like a charm for me. Called up, spoke to a real human being (no ‘bot’), emailed my order, received invoice, sent it back, received confirmation and this morning received an email stating my order shipped.
Thanks @Lynda_Marie. I’m not in any socials. It all turned out OK though. Once I entered the correct numbers in front of their phone#, I got through right away, then it was smooth sailing.
unfortunately with this change, they stopped shipping to other countries as well, not only US
I’m sad my country was removed too. Did anyone not in the US try this workaround and it worked for them? or is there any other workaround ?
if someone is in contact with Nomz/Richard, i suggest they establish an easy method (like send order by email) that can work for all other impacted locations so they don’t lose customers…
i truly wish i don’t have to shop (again) for other suppliers around the globe, i’m too happy with Nomz
If you contact Richard via email he might be able to work around the shipping with you like he does for the US. Very nice guy, just reach out and explain the situation.
@Lynda_Marie I just had some “issues” placing an order using the EXACT steps above. Check your PM’s as I sent you some screen captures. I have sent them to NomNomz as well. Once you verify, we are going to need to add a step 3a under part 1.

Rhiannon’s been so helpful to me, soooo nice. Received my latest order just yesterday. Amazing it takes only 6 days to arrive from UK, but a Canadian company I get some things from take 3 weeks to a month…go figure.
Yeah, go figure @TakeMeToTheSea, as my NomNomz orders arrive almost as fast as BCF’s, and my luck with Candaian orders is about the same as yours.

I had asked him about it and he said there is no payment problems with gift certificates sold to US.
And no problem with US using gift certificates at checkout…
